2012 goals
Five practical ways to raise your consciousness in 2012 (and beyond)
I read this article this morning (Jan 10) and was amazed that many of the items on the list are my goals too. Here's my list
#1 clean out the clutter
#2 eat whole foods and get rid of the sugar and grains, accomplished by meal planning.
#3 spend more time in nature - or in my case, I love being by the water and watch the water move, it is so relaxing. Our family gets out in nature most Sundays when we are all together.
#4 Pay off all debts.
Here is a short list, I think it is doable and I am ready!
This is the year of change - 2012 BABY!!!
